Returns are accepted in 7 days of recieving your order.

if your recieve a damaged,defective,or wrong product , please contact us in 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Return Eligibility

 

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the product remaining.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, along with its original packaging.

once your return is approved and recieved , your refund or replacement will be processed according to the product condition  within 5-7 business days.                                                                                                   

A return shipping charge of PKR 200 applies to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
